Park&Recharge supports councils and businesses who make charging points available to the public. We operate the charge point, facilitating payment for charging and maximizing uptime through monitoring, fault detection, remote maintenance and physical maintenance when required.
Information on our public charge points is available via our OCPi APIs. These are available as “reference data” providing infrequently changing charge point information or “live data” providing real time information such as charge point and connector availability .

What is reference data?
Reference data means information that does not change frequently about a charge point including but not limited to location, connector type, pricing, payment method and time restrictions
How do I access Park&Recharge reference data?
We provide an OCPI 2.2.1 structured pair of APIs that are updated daily with a ‘snapshot’ of our network.

Live Data
What is live data?
Live data contains availability data meaning information about whether a charge point is working and is available to use; connector information and last update date/time information reflecting when the system and charge point last communicated together.
How do I access Park&Recharge live data?
